Christ with one hand rests on St. Francis' shoulder. To the right of the cross in a cloud an angel emerges holding an open book. The background of the scene is a mountainous landscape. The color tone is kept in light pastel colors, the sky - blue, the landscape - green-brown, the figure of Christ - flesh-colored complexion, the perisonium - white, the habit of St. Francis - brown.
