The Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Tomaszow Lubelski is built of wood in the Baroque style. It has a log structure with cut-off extensions, with a brick foundation. The church is built of logs about 20 cm thick and 20-30 cm high cut from the middle, hard, narrow-skinned part of a pine trunk, called larch. It is based on a rectangular plan, with a rectangular chancel on the east, on the west on the extension of the side aisles and chapels with two slightly protruding towers on a square plan, between which is a porch.
The western two-story façade is topped with a set-back and separated by a pulpit roof; on its sides are three-story towers, the top stories of which are separated by a canopy integrated with the roof of the body. The towers are covered with onion-shaped helmets. At the mid-height of the façade is a balcony with an openwork balustrade overhanging between the towers, below which is a portal in a ragged frame, and above the central window are wooden figures from the 1st half of the 17th century of Our Lady and Child and two women.
The walls rise on foundations obscured by a shingle roof, and are topped by wide faceted eaves lined with boards. The cores of the walls are clad with boards imitating lisens. The walls of the chancel are boarded vertically, the gables of the nave and chancel and the third story of the towers are boarded in herringbone. The windows in the west chancel of the towers are round and set in square frames, on the third story they are in the form of small vertical ovals, in all other elevations they are rectangular. The roof truss of the body and chancel of the rafter-collar type with the so-called stool is covered with gabled shingle roofs.
The wooden belfry, a log belfry of the defensive type, was built around the 18th century. The belfry was erected on a square plan, two-storied, with an overhanging chamber. Wooden, built in a frame construction, planked, covered with a tent roof under shingles, on top of the roof an iron cross.
The church cemetery and the stand of trees dating back to the 18th century. The area around the Sanctuary is a unique setting consisting of a stand of trees, which is made up in large part of centuries-old linden trees. The climate that prevails here is conducive not only to the celebration of Mass in the summer months on the field altar located , but also allows you to relax on the benches around the temple and spiritually contemplate the beauty of nature.
The parsonage is located in the vicinity of the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a wooden building, on a foundation, a one-story building, with a front facade. The entrance door decorated with a rhombus ornament. The roof is hipped, with eaves roofs on the sides, covered with sheet metal.
The pillory from the 17th century. villains were chained to the pillory to carry out the sentences of the mayor's court. One could spit or throw mud at such a villain.

On the grounds of the Sanctuary, within the old moat, a so-called Calvary has been created, where the Stations of the Cross are placed. These are stone chapels with sculptures depicting successive Stations of the Cross. Thanks to the generosity of parishioners, the tan area is planted with many shrubs and flower beds. On the Calvary grounds there is also a Cross - a votive offering of the youth of Tomaszów for the visit of St. John Paul II to Lubaczów in 1991.
Since 2016, the old moat has been the site on which the so-called Columns of Remembrance-i.e. monuments commemorating historical events related to Tomaszów as well as commemorating important national events of our country-are placed. There are 21 Columns of Remembrance on the Calvary so far.
