The painting The Establishment of the Order of the Trinitarians is an oil on canvas in the Baroque style created in the 1st half of the 18th century.

Historical background: the Order of Canons Regular of the Holy Trinity, known as the Trinitarians, founded in France in 1198 by John of Mathy and Felix of Valois, to free and ransom Christian captives from Muslim slavery. In Poland since 1688.They were brought to Tomaszow in 1727 by Hetman Jozef Potocki. In 1783 the suppression of the order in the Austrian partition .

The painting of a symbolic nature, kept in the type of representations of the Last Judgment. In the upper part of the painting - the patron of the vocation of the order - Christ Throning, seated on the clouds, with a crown on His head and a sword in His right hand. On either side of Him are four angelic figures in the garments of the Trinitarian order and white habits with red and blue crosses on scapulars. In the scene at the bottom of the painting, a representation of a seated figure of the winged Archangel/Michael wearing a black feathered hat and a reddish-brown, heavily ruffled, voluminous robe: holding with both hands an oval portrait of John of Matha, having miraculous visions of divine orders of care for Christian slaves. At the feet of the Archangel kneeling figures of captives above whom a Bishurman guard with a halberd.

The painting is located in the south porch of the parish church.
